A blockchain-based personal information crowd sensing data transmission technique to which an incentive mechanism is applied is disclosed. The sensing data transmission method performed in the crowd sensing system includes the steps of: setting a trusted execution environment enclave of a minor node upon receiving that a job including a smart contract is posted from a requester; acquiring sensing data uploaded through a connected trusted execution environment as the verification process for the trusted execution environment enclave set in the minor node is performed; executing a smart contract for evaluating the quality of the acquired sensing data; and block-chaining the acquired sensing data in a trusted execution environment enclave of the minor node according to an evaluation result of evaluating the quality of the acquired sensing data based on the executed smart contract.
