PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation plan formulating device, a power generation plan formulating method, and a power generation plan formulating program capable of formulating a power generation plan in view of performance or groups of power stations.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a power generation plan formulating device includes a power generation information processing section for processing information concerning performance or groups of power stations, and comprises the power generation information processing section for forecasting performance of the power stations in view of data relating to the surroundings of nature or for registering data of the power stations belonging to the group as well as data of limitations to the group as a definition of the group of the power stations. The device further comprises a power generation plan creating section for creating a power generation plan of the power stations based on the performance of the power stations forecasted by the power generation information processing section or on the group definition registered at the power generation information processing section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
