Sliding bearings (1) comprising a rail (2) and a sled (3),where the track (2) has two longitudinal (X) sections running side by side (21, 22), with the sled (3) for each section of the line (21, 22) having one of the respective sections of the line (31, 32), in one mode of operation each of the sections (21, 22) in the control panel assigned to it (31, 32) and moved vertically from it to the longitudinal direction (X) by determining the sled (3) relative to the track (2) vertical to the longitudinal axis (X) and ensuring a longitudinal sliding of the sled (3) to the rail (2),characterized by the fact that the sled has a sled body and an operating arm (5) which together form a first of the driving shots (31, 32), the operating arm (5) of the sled body being perpendicular to this longitudinal direction (X) is fixed in order to allow the opening of the first control (31, 32) by moving the control arm (5) to remove the associated first control section (21, 22) from thefirst guide shot (31, 32) along a vertical longitudinal direction (X).
