The present invention relates to a composition for detecting hydrogen peroxide and a biosensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide comprising the same, and specifically, resorufin dye (a) as an electrochemiluminescent material suitable for an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) reaction and a ball for improving the detection ability of hydrogen peroxide By using persulfate (b) as a reactant as a composition for detecting hydrogen peroxide, it is possible to quickly and accurately detect hydrogen peroxide quantitatively (μM level) with an electrochemiluminescence signal at a specific reducing voltage. In addition, the present invention can be applied not only to in vitro diagnosis of blood but also to fields requiring hydrogen peroxide detection, and thus has a wide range of applications in various bioanalyses.
