The present invention relates to a job recommendation system that can provide job and job offer information suitable for people with disabilities based on collecting information on special sports activities conducted for the disabled, and job recommendation based on special sports activity information. It is connected to the system and includes a management server that analyzes activity information on special sports activities to provide job recommendation information for a job suitable for an athletic person and job offer information for the job, wherein the management server is an artificial neural network-based content a content generation unit that generates at least one special sports content designed to evaluate each job-related element based on the disability information of the sports activist input from the user using the generation model; an activity data acquisition unit that provides the generated special athletic content to an athletic person, and obtains activity data for each special athletic activity performed by the athletic person according to the special athletic content; an athletic activity analysis unit that analyzes the activity data for each special physical activity obtained using an artificial neural network-based activity analysis model and calculates an evaluation score for each job-related element of the sports activist; a job recommendation unit generating a plurality of job groups for each job having similar job relevance, and generating job recommendation information for recommending jobs included in at least one job group matched according to an evaluation score for the job relevance factor; and a job information matching unit that receives job-related job information included in the job recommendation information from a job posting information platform, and provides the received job posting information to a user.
