An employment system and method for job recommendation and vocational education supporting based on an individual educational career are disclosed. The employment system includes an aptitude checking server for performing an aptitude test for a job seeker who requests job search, and calculating and outputting a job matching degree according to the aptitude according to a job category classified according to a predetermined job category system, an educational institution server which stores and manages the educational history information of individual students, the job seeker terminal of the job seeker, and an employment server which collects various job information from a job offer company or a job offer organization, generates customized job offer information considering the aptitude of the job seeker and an educational career together, and provides personalized job offer information to the job seeker through the job seeker terminal. The employment system and method for job recommendation and vocational education supporting based on the individual educational career according to the embodiment of the present invention can provide optimized job information by considering the aptitude of the job seeker and the educational carrier together.
