The present invention relates to a system for improving learning efficiency using an analysis of academic stress, and more specifically, it is not suggested to unconditionally lower the stress level by considering stress as a learning obstacle, but the optimal stress in which the maximum learning efficiency is shown in the user. It relates to a system for improving learning efficiency using academic stress analysis, characterized in that it provides a suggestion for increasing stress or reducing stress so that the level is found and the corresponding stress level can be maintained.
