The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tooth including a root canal for evaluation of the root canal filling process, and more particularly, it has a high melting point, but can be made to a hardness that can be post-processed using a tool such as a k-file when forming a root canal. It relates to a method of manufacturing a tooth including a root canal for evaluation of a material and a root canal filling process. The present invention comprises the steps of: a) performing CT rendering on teeth; b) modeling the shape of the tooth and the root canal using the CT-rendered file; and c) manufacturing a tooth by performing 3D printing according to the shape of the modeled root canal part.
