To provide an exercise supporting method, system and program for supporting users by producing regular and rational exercise contents using another means connectable with a robot without depending on ability of a robot single body.SOLUTION: The exercise supporting method by a robot R having at least two or more output means of exercise information representing exercise contents, includes: selecting an exercise content; determining whether or not to change exercise information representing the exercise content on the basis of at least one of user information, environment information and robot information; and, when the exercise information is changed, invoking output means for exercise information after the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
