The repair plan change support system includes a repair information acquisition unit (40), a change information acquisition unit (42), a repair cost calculation unit (43), and a comparison unit (44). The repair information acquisition unit (40) acquires the information of the repair plan including the repair cost for each predetermined period and the information of the repair budget for each period in the repair plan of a plurality of structures.
