Problem to be solved: to provide a method and an apparatus for effectively removing USEPA PAHs in agricultural land by congesting resident degrading bacterial communities.The present invention is based on a method comprising: (1) accumulating an indigenous degrading bacterium; (2) cultivating an indigenous degrading bacterium; (3) separation and purification of an indigenous degrading bacterium; (4) selecting a dominant resident degrading bacterium; (5) inoculation with an indigenous degrading bacterium.Diagram
