Disclosed is a method for recovering a hydrogen fuel cell of a new energy vehicle. The invention can efficiently recover the platinum element in the hydrogen fuel cell and prepare high-purity Pt by means of combining the methods of chlorination evaporation with chemical reduction, thereby effectively conserving precious metal resources.
