A process using avocado and/or squash and other qualifying fruits and/or vegetables to act as "Paleolithic" food additive(s). The additives act as a colloidal mixing agent(s), to mix, blend and/or join food(s) ingredient(s) substance(s) together, while facilitating and enhancing commercially viable shelf life. A non-dairy "butter", particularly a "Paleolithic autoimmune butter", can be used as a replacement or substitute for conventional dairy "butter", while permitting use like conventional dairy "butter" including, without limitation, as a spread or in cooking.
