The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a high-rigidity fiber-reinforced resin molded body, in which a thermosetting resin is cured in a fiber base material, easily, inexpensively, with less environmental pollution, and safely without using a prepreg.　A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molded body (10) in which fiber base materials (11A-11D) are heat-compressed together with a thermosetting resin (15), and the thermosetting resin (15) is impregnated in the fiber base materials (11A-11D) and cured, wherein a powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin is arranged so as to be in contact with at least one surface of the fiber base materials (11A-11D), and the fiber base materials (11A-11D) are heated and compressed together with the powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin in a mold (30), thereby melting the powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin, impregnating the resin into the fiber base materials (11A-11D), and curing.
