According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for refining a pathology test result report through deep learning based on an ontology database includes an ontology database that provides keywords for refining the pathology test result report and for keyword extraction; an artificial intelligence deep learning keyword extraction unit for extracting keywords of a pathology test result report based on an ontology stored in the ontology database by applying an artificial intelligence deep learning model; and performing at least one of category classification, term mapping, and similarity evaluation of the keyword extracted by the artificial intelligence deep learning keyword extraction unit based on the ontology stored in the ontology database to identify and filter data that is not normally refined It may include a processing filter unit.
