A value transfer device (10) comprises: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires a first captured image including a first user; an authentication control unit (12) that controls biological authentication of biological information for the first user extracted from the first captured image; a first specification unit (13) that, when the biological authentication of the first user is successful, specifies the first user as the transfer source for electronic value information; a second specification unit (14) that specifies one or more second users as the transfer destination for the value information; and a transfer control unit (15) that performs the value transfer from the transfer-origin user to the transfer-destination user on the basis of the transfer portion of the value information inputted from an external terminal.
