A value transfer device (10) comprises an acquisition unit (11) that acquires a captured image containing a plurality of users, an authentication control unit (12) that controls a biometric authentication based on biometric information about each of the plurality of users extracted from the captured image, an output unit (13) that outputs a list of two or more users successfully authenticated by the biometric authentication to an external terminal, a reception unit (14) that receives, from the external terminal, a selection of a transferor user and a transferee user for the transfer of electronic value information from among the users on the list and the input of the transfer amount of the value information, and a transfer control unit (15) that controls the transfer of the transfer amount from the transferor user to the transferee user.
