It provides a business strategy evaluation device and a business strategy evaluation program that enable a strategy planner to quickly formulate a high-quality strategy and improve the accuracy of a strategy plan adoption / rejection decision. The business strategy evaluation device has been learned by performing machine learning using a dataset containing input parameters, which are explanatory variables for success or failure of multiple business strategies, and objective variables, which indicate the success potential of the business strategy, as teacher data. The evaluation execution unit that inputs the input parameters related to the business strategy to be evaluated to the model and obtains the evaluation result including the evaluation value indicating the success possibility of the business strategy, and the evaluation execution unit obtains the evaluation result to the user. It is provided with an evaluation result presentation unit to be presented.
