The present disclosure relates to the field of silicon-based materials, and in particular to a method for preparing a high-first-cycle-efficiency multiple-coating silicon-based composite material, comprising the following steps: (1) mixing nano-silicon, a dispersing agent, a metal powder and a binder in an organic solvent for uniform dispersion to obtain precursor A; (2) treating precursor A at high temperature to obtain precursor B; (3) pickling, filtering and drying precursor B to obtain precursor C; and (4) carbon-coating precursor C to obtain the high-first-cycle-efficiency multiple-coating silicon-based composite material. The present disclosure provides a high-first-cycle-efficiency multiple-coating silicon-based composite material, a preparation method therefor and an application method thereof. The process is simple, the product performance is stable, and the application prospect is good.
