PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a production method for producing a content-filled chocolate filled with a liquid having a specific density close to that of water. SOLUTION: A first step s1 for preparing a mold, a second step s2 for preparing a concave material which is a bowl-shaped chocolate having an opening at the upper part by melting chocolate into the mold, and a concave portion of the concave material. A third step s3 for filling the liquid with the contents, a fourth step s4 for pouring oil on the liquid to form an oil layer, a fifth step s5 for coagulating the oil layer, and a solidified oil layer. It is a method for producing content-filled chocolate according to an embodiment including a sixth step s6 in which melted chocolate is poured onto the chocolate to close the opening of the recessed material and molded, and a step s7 in which the solidified chocolate is removed from the side.
