    • 摘要: 采用溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)−仲辛醇−磺化煤油体系对氰化提金废水进行处理,主要研究CPB浓度、改性剂占比、pH值、混相时间、相比(O/A)对各金属离子萃取效果的影响及反应机制。研究表明:在85 g/L CPB−仲辛醇(25%,体积分数)−磺化煤油体系,O/A为1:1、pH值为11、混相时间为5 min的条件下,经三级萃取后,氰化废水中总氰(CN_(T))去除率可达到80%以上,铜、锌、铁离子萃取率分别为78.5%、79.4%、58.1%;各金属离子存在竞争萃取现象,萃取优先顺序依次为Zn>Cu>Fe。萃取饱和负载有机相经2.5 mol/L的NH4SCN溶液反萃,O/A为2.5时,铜、锌、铁离子反萃率分别为87.7%、90.3%、85.8%,反萃液中总金属离子浓度可达到7822.8 mg/L,实现了金属氰络合离子的有效富集。萃取过程中金属以金属氰络合离子的形态进入有机相,符合离子缔合原理。

    • 摘要: 本文以PEG-柠檬酸钠双水相体系为研究对象,研究了外加电场对聚合物-有机盐双水相体系分相速率的影响。结果显示增加电场可使聚合物-有机盐双水相体系分相速率提高1~3倍。进而考察了外加电场方向、双水相体系的系线长度(TLL)、相比(VR )、PEG分子量对双水相体系分相速率和电促分相效率的影响。结果表明,电场方向对电促分相效率影响不大;系线长度对分相速率无明显规律性影响,而对电促分相效率影响较大,TLL=40时电促分相效率最高;随着双水相体系相比或成相组分PEG分子量的增加,双水相体系分相速率增大,而电促分相效率降低。%Electrokineticdemixing of PEG-organic salt aqueous two-phase system was studied in this paper. PEG-sodium citrate was selected as the model system. It was shown that added electric field could effectively accelerate the demixing rate of two-phase sys-tems 1-3 times. Then the effect of field polarity of added field,volume ratio(VR )of top and bottom phase,tie line length(TLL)of a-queous two-phase system and PEG molecular weight on demixing rate and on electrokineticdemixing efficiency were taken into stud-y. It turned out that the field polarity had little effect on electrokineticdemixing efficiency;TLL made no obvious regular effect on demixing rate,but had great influence on electrokineticdemixing efficiency. When TLL=40,theaqueous two-phase system had the highest electrokineticdemixing efficiency;the demixing rate went up and the electrokineticdemixing efficiency went down as the a-queous two-phase system phase ratio increasing or the phase composition PEG molecular weight growing.

    • 摘要: In this paper a new technology which uses the entrainer (n-propyl acetate) as extractant to extract dilute acetic acid stream coming from the production of PTA is put forward. The extract phase is sent to the existing solvent dehydration column while the rafifnate phase is introduced to the solvent recovery column to recover the entrainer. The appropriate number of theoretical plates and phase ratio of the extraction column are obtained by simulation and experiment. The sieve plate extraction column is chosen due to the low interfacial tension of the system and high theoretical plate number. Industrial application results show that, compared with the existing processes, the new technology can reduce energy consumption by about 25% and decrease the vapor emissions of acetic acid from the atmospheric absorber accordingly.%针对 PTA 生产过程中产生的稀醋酸,提出采用共沸剂作为萃取剂进行萃取,萃取相进入原有脱水塔,而萃余相进入共沸剂回收塔。利用 Aspen 模拟和实验研究的方法得到了适宜的理论板数和相比,并根据该体系为低界面张力和需要高理论板数的特点,选用筛板萃取塔作为萃取装置。工业应用结果表明,与原有过程相比,能耗降低约25%,醋酸从常压吸收塔气相的排放量也相应降低。

    • 摘要: 阜康冶炼厂钴车间自生产钴产品以来,在P204萃取工序中Co的直收率一直偏低,造成生产成本高.根据P204萃取特性,本人认为通过控制P204萃取过程中的pH值,可以降低Co在P204萃取中的萃入量,提高Co在P204萃取中的直收率.

    • 摘要: 为了降低成本,增加合格供应商,阜康冶炼厂钴车间在长达两个月的时间内进行技术攻关.在国内首次使用国产新型价格较低(27.8万元/t)的APT6500萃取剂替代美国氰胺公司生产的CYANEXC272(简称C272)萃取剂(价格48~52万元/t)进行镍钻分离试验,通过19次模拟现场生产试验,APT6500萃取剂镍钴分离效果良好,个别指标优于C272萃取剂,并且APT6500萃取剂费用远远低于C272萃取剂,经过分析试验数据,钴车间试验组共同认为APr6500萃取剂可以替代C272萃取剂进行镍钴分离.

    • 摘要: Extraction of spirulina platensis polysaccharide by ethanol/( NH4 ) 2SO4 aqueous two-phase system(ATPS)was investigated. To remove and recycle the proteins, salting-out precipitation protein was carried out after spirulina platensis cells disruption. Spirulina platensis polysaccharide was extracted by traditional hot water diffusion and the polysaccharide dissolution rate reached 38.44 ± 1. 12mg/g spirulina platensis powder. Spirulina platensis polysaccharide was purified deeply by ethanol/ (NH4)2SO4 ATPS. The yield and enrichment factor of the polysaccharide were 84. 5±1. 45% and 6. 2 respectively,on the condition that the tie line length, volume ratio and pH of ATPS were 42. 9,1. 05 and 7. 0, respectively. The results indicated that spirulina platensis polysaccharide would be purified by a simple, efficient and low cost extraction technology using inexpensive ethanol/ (NH4)2SO4 ATPS.%考察了低分子有机溶剂与无机盐-乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系萃取螺旋藻多糖的可行性及影响因素.研究结果表明:为除去并有效回收螺旋藻细胞中的蛋白质成分,在藻细胞破碎后进行盐析沉淀蛋白质,再采用传统的热水浸提法,可得到螺旋藻多糖的溶出率为38.44±1.12mg/g干燥粉;通过乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系的萃取分配,在w(乙醇)=19%,w(硫酸铵)=27.5%(即双水相体系系线长度TLL =42.9),体系相比VR=1.05,pH=7.0时,螺旋藻多糖的收率可达84.5±1.45%,富集因子可达6.2.该研究结果表明廉价的乙醇/硫酸铵双水相萃取螺旋藻多糖将有望开发成为一条简洁、高效、低成本的螺旋藻多糖分离提取工艺.
