    • 摘要: Ferroptosis plays a key role in aggravating the progression of spinal cord injury(SCI),but the specific mechanism remains unknown.In this study,we constructed a rat model of T10 SCI using a modified Allen method.We identified 48,44,and 27 ferroptosis genes that were differentially expressed at 1,3,and 7 days after SCI induction.Compared with the sham group and other SCI subgroups,the subgroup at 1 day after SCI showed increased expression of the ferroptosis marker acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4 and the oxidative stress marker malondialdehyde in the injured spinal cord while glutathione in the injured spinal cord was lower.These findings with our bioinformatics results suggested that 1 day after SCI was the important period of ferroptosis progression.Bioinformatics analysis identified the following top ten hub ferroptosis genes in the subgroup at 1 day after SCI:STAT3,JUN,TLR4,ATF3,HMOX1,MAPK1,MAPK9,PTGS2,VEGFA,and RELA.Real-time polymerase chain reaction on rat spinal cord tissue confirmed that STAT3,JUN,TLR4,ATF3,HMOX1,PTGS2,and RELA mRNA levels were up-regulated and VEGFA,MAPK1 and MAPK9 mRNA levels were down-regulated.Ten potential compounds were predicted using the DSigDB database as potential drugs or molecules targeting ferroptosis to repair SCI.We also constructed a ferroptosis-related mRNA-miRNA-lncRNA network in SCI that included 66 lncRNAs,10 miRNAs,and 12 genes.Our results help further the understanding of the mechanism underlying ferroptosis in SCI.

    • 摘要: Development is a sophisticated process maintained by various signal transduction pathways,including the Hedgehog(Hh)pathway.Several important functions are executed by the Hh signaling cascade such as organogenesis,tissue regeneration,and tissue homeostasis,among various others.Considering the multiple functions carried out by this pathway,any mutation causing aberrant Hh signaling may lead to myriad developmental abnormalities besides cancers.In the present review article,we explored a wide range of diseases caused by aberrant Hh signaling,including developmental defects and cancers.Finally,we concluded this mini-review with various treatment strategies for Hh-induced diseases.

    • 摘要: In order to achieve ideal prevention and treatment effect of maize sheath blight,24%Jinggangmycin A+0.5%adjuvant,24%Jinggangmycin A,Bacillus subtilis and Jinggangmycin+B.subtilis were selected.Each agent was prepared into a 500 times dilution,and the control effect was tested by two times of spray application.The results showed that the disease index of maize sheath blight could be reduced by all the treatments,which were significantly different from that of the control group,but the differences between the treatments were not significant.Jinggangmycin+B.subtilis and B.subtilis had the best control effects.Therefore,their use for preventing maize sheath blight could reduce chemical residues of maize,and avoid environmental pollution.

    • 摘要: Drug-induced stuttering(DIS)is a type of neurogenic stuttering(NS).Although DIS has not been reported as frequently as other cases of NS in the literature,it is not a negligible adverse drug reaction(ADR)which can significantly affect the quality of life if not treated.This literature review aims to evaluate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of DIS and suggests some pathophysiological mechanisms for this ADR.Relevant English-language reports in Google Scholar,PubMed,Web of Science,and Scopus were identified and assessed without time restriction.Finally,a total of 62 reports were included.Twenty-seven drugs caused 86 episodes of stuttering in 82 cases.The most episodes of DIS were related to antipsychotic drugs(57%),mostly including clozapine,followed by central nervous system agents(11.6%)and anticonvulsant drugs(9.3%).The majority of the cases were male and between the ages of 31 and 40 years.Repetitions were the most frequent core manifestations of DIS.In 55.8%of the episodes of DIS,the offending drug was withdrawn to manage stuttering,which resulted in significant improvement or complete relief of stuttering in all cases.Based on the suggested pathophysiological mechanisms for developmental stuttering and neurotransmitters dysfunctions involved in speech dysfluency,it seems that the abnormalities of several neurotransmitters,especially dopamine and glutamate,in different circuits and areas of the brain,including cortico-basal ganglia-thalamocortical loop and white matter fiber tracts,may be engaged in the pathogenesis of DIS.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUNDIntracranial Listeria infections are common in newborns and immunocompromisedindividuals, but brainstem abscesses are rare.CASE SUMMARYWe report a rare case of brainstem abscesses caused by Listeria monocytogenes in apreviously healthy adult patient. The patient’s magnetic resonance imagingexamination showed multiple brain abscesses, and his second cerebrospinal fluidculture test indicated the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. Despite earlyempirical therapy, the patient’s condition progressively deteriorated. Because thepatient's abscesses were located in the brainstem and multiple lobes, surgery wasnot possible. The patient died 40 d after admission.CONCLUSIONThis case highlights the importance of rational clinical use of drugs to avoidpotentially serious infectious complications.

    • 摘要: Objective To study the situation of the development of China’s drug regulatory science and to provide some suggestions for its future development.Methods Based on the origin of regulatory science in China,the methods of literature research and comparison were used to make a detailed analysis of China’s drug regulatory science plan and its implementation effect,the research direction,the number of key laboratories,regulatory science exchange conferences and professional papers published,so as to put forward the development trend of China’s regulatory science.Results and Conclusion According to China’s national conditions,the government should continue to promote the development of the regulatory science system from three aspects:basic theoretical research,discipline construction and action plan.China’s drug regulatory science can not only promote the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry,but also guarantee public health.

    • 摘要: Objective To study the reasonable pricing strategy to effectively reduce the risk of drug supply disruption.This paper studies the vertical competition between drug purchasers and pharmaceutical enterprises,and the horizontal competition between different pharmaceutical enterprises.Based on the wholesale price of drugs made by pharmaceutical enterprises,drug purchasers adopt different procurement strategies.Methods A multi-stage game model was used to analyze the collusion and competition between two drug procurement parties.Results and Conclusion(1)Enterprise B can choose the optimal game strategies according to the stability of enterprise A;(2)Two procurement parties should choose collusion when the risk of supply interruption is low;(3)Emergency dual sourcing strategy is better than single sourcing strategy;(4)The optimal procurement quantity is irrelevant to the monotonicity of the stability of enterprise A in Cournot game.Through numerical analysis,the optimal decisions of pharmaceutical enterprises and drug purchasers are obtained respectively.
