茶皂素又称茶皂甙、茶皂苷、茶皂角甙,是山茶科(Theaceae)山茶属(Camellia)植物皂素的统称,是一类齐墩果烷型五环三萜类皂甙的混合物,其结构主要由配基、糖体、有机酸三部分组成.作为一种性能优良的非离子型天然表面活性剂,具有较强的发泡、乳化、分散等作用,并有抗渗、消炎、镇痛、抗癌等生理活性,广泛用于制造各类型乳化剂、洗涤剂、防腐剂及杀虫剂、杀菌剂等.%Tea saponin,collectively referred to as plant saponins of Camellia (Theaceae),is the mixture of oleanane-type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins which is characterized with the structure of containing ligand,saccharide and organic acid.As an excellent non-ionic natural surfactant,tea saponin possesses comparatively strong foaming,emulsification,dispersion properties and physical activities of impermeability,analgesic,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer.Thus it has been widely used in the manufacturing of various types of emulsifier,detergent,preservative,pesticide and fungicide.
