中国的粮食加工企业普遍面临盈利困境.原粮收购成本、单位加工费用升高,市场销售竞争激烈都是造成盈利困难的重要原因.米糠、麦麸是谷物加工过程中的主要副产品,目前被当作动物饲料或发酵原料低价处理了.而这其中富含人体所需要的维生素B、E和微量矿物元素,造成资源极大的浪费.布勒帝斯曼共同研发的微胶囊包埋挤压技术,通过双螺杆挤出机将处理后的米糠、碎米、多谷物粉造粒成形.这解决了粮食加工企业副产品出路难的问题.%Cereals interprises in China are facing more and more benefits difficulties.The reasons could be the increasing cost of raw materials purchasing and units production as well as intense sales market competition.Great amounts of byproducts are produced from cereals production every year,for example,rice bran and wheat bran.However,most of them were treated by animal feeds or fermentation raw materials only with very low price.Besides,it causes a big waste of nutrients which greatly needed by human bodies such as vitamin B,vitamin E and minim mineral elements.Now the new micro-capsule embedded technology researched by Buhler and DSM could solve this problem for cereals interprises.They use twin screw extruders with the raw materials of rice bran,wheat bran or different kinds of cereals to mold the new shape like real rice shape.
