@@ Introduction: Knee-point muscle group strength has an important function to hurdle stride speed and running speed between hurdles, the speed and strength of flexor and extensor muscle group of knee joint decide on the most competitive level of hurdle runners. So research on the training method of the knee-point muscle group strength has become an important question. This paper is based on the document, then design two type training plans about vibration strength training and traditional strength training. Its aim are explore the effects of two type strength training on the change of knee-joint muscle power of hurdle runners, then find out the effective training methods and exercise load, with the purpose of providing coaches empirical evidence in using this training method to improve strength quality, enriching the content and method system of strength training.
