摘要

This paper, by analyzing the present power network conditions a county-level in the undeveloped area and by comprehensively analyzing the restrictions of county-level networks on rural economic development, and on the basis of full estimation of the development trend and goal of county-level power market and in accordance with the country's rural areas network investment and fund-raising policies, has advanced principled methods that are suitable to the reality of China's undeveloped areas in terms of power network program, power network reconstruction principle, equipment level, and relevant operating strategies of county-level power supply enterprises, providing scientific basis for county-level network construction and reconstruction, providing reference basis for scientific research, design and manufacturing departments.
