Stakeholder management is a new-style management model developed from the traditional shareholder interest first theory,which emphasizes stakeholder interest requirement,not only the shareholder interest.Working capital management emphasizes to connect with supply management,to improve working capital management performance through the integration among supplier,corporation and customer and the supply chain optimization,so to increase the corporation value.They have the common value management objective,this article constructs value management framework based on this.Both have common value idea,good stakeholder management helps to improve the working capital management efficiency,efficient working capital management also helps to increase the value of supply chain and to increase the stakeholder Value.
