摘要

The modified method of Langmuir-Blodgett film deposition, which enable one to avoid the denaturation of proteins at the air-water interface, was applied for the creation of the alternate-layer structures composed of the monolayers of surfactant compounds and the adsorbed layers of enzymes, antibodies, and cytochrome P 450. The compounds used for deposition have been chosen regarding the possible application of this method for the fabrication of sensitive elements of biosensors. The results of studies show that due to the application of new method high level of protein activity can be preserved.
