摘要

The effects of the pulsed magnetic fields at 1.55mT in 16Hz and the rotating magnetic fields at 300mT in 2Hz on the intracellular free calcium concentration were not detected under the experimental condition we examined and the assay methods we applied. Since the possible changes of the intracellular calcium concentration caused by stimulation will restore to the basal concentration in a short time, we plan to design one kind of device as the accessory of the fluorescence spectrophotometer to examine the real-time change of the intracellular calcium concentration.
