摘要

The important value of knowledge has been highlighted at the knowledge economy age, So the employee training and education have been paid unprecedented attention. However, the traditional training model can not flexibly suit the new change. Along with the rapid development of computer multimedia and network communication technique, the e-learning training based on internet education has become a new trend, and has been adopted by many enterprises. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on enterprise's e-learning training model, and analyzes the influence factors of enterprise e-learning training model from theoretical view. We also analyze some application questions of the enterprise e-learning training and put forward some corresponding improvement tactics based on theoretical analysis in order to provide theoretical instructions for the development of our country enterprises.
