摘要

The paper presents the results of the year 2000 analysis in respect of the quality of the services rendered tocustomers by the electricity supplier.The topics dealt with in it, include the technical matters of power quality as a side of the ElectromagneticConsistency, here included the matters related to the service quality.The results of the analysis made in respect of the quality of the electricity supplied to customers in Romania, in2000 (big industrial customers, small customers and house holding customers) are also presented. Starting fromthese results, rules and responsibilities are established for the contractual parties regarding the compliance to thequality terms of the electricity supplied to customers.Analyses also refer to the activity of the National Electricity Distribution Company of Romania, as the largestelectricity supplier in the country.The paper includes as well the results of monitoring the electric power quality indices in several points of thedistribution system. The electric power quality measurements are made in compliance with a sustained program,mainly in the coupling points between supplier and customers.In the end, the main actions for the period of 2002 to 2005 in the distribution and supply of electricity inRomania are identified, based on the European Community Directives. They are included in a National Programof Power Quality now being implemented in Romania (PNCEE).
