Results of an investigation of the cutaneous blood flow in patients with neurological manifestations of the lumbar osteochondrosis using a laser specklometer devised by us are presented. Comparative analyses of the data obtained from infrared examination and dermatothermometry revealed great informative value of speckle-optical indices. The dynamics of the cutaneous blood flow in patients corresponded to the change of the high-frequency spectra of fluctuations.
