Since our university is a synthetically university, one of the most important problem is how to do the top-down design of engineering training programs for different majors. In order to meet the needs of different disciplines, different majors, different training objectives and different needs in the human resource market, our method is to carefully formulate corresponding teaching programs and syllabus in accordance with the principle of top-down design. Different major applies different teaching program. Practical training could be arranged any grade of university, according to the requirements. At the same time, engineering training is closely combined with our university students' extra-curricular activities in science and technology, provinces and municipalities and national university students' technology production, a variety of appropriate professional skills training and improvements, extended to the field of entrepreneurship and employment for students. Through the practice of the past two years, good results have been achieved, recognized by the students.
