摘要

During the long-term practice, four-level teaching system of engineering training is constructed in Henan Polytechnic University including engineering knowledge, engineering training, Engineering Synthesis and research innovation.Engineering Synthesis training plays a digest role in the system which determines the teaching quality of engineering training, but single vector simple way of traditional engineering training can not improve students' comprehensive ability, and are not suitable with the requirement of modern engineering training.For adapting to the era development to culture the students' practical ability and creative spirit, according to the requirements of modem engineering training and CDIO educational philosophy, engineering training center reformed deeply from design,process analysis, process and engineering management.And the training process has outstanding design, comprehensiveness, practice, research and innovativeness which fully embody the character and requirement of modern engineering training.
机译：在长期的实践中，河南工业大学构建了工程知识，工程训练，工程综合和研究创新四个层次的工程训练教学体系。工程训练，但是传统工程训练的单一向量简单方法不能提高学生的综合能力，也不适合现代工程训练的要求。为了适应时代的发展，培养学生的实践能力和创新精神。针对现代工程培训和CDIO教育理念的要求，工程培训中心从设计，过程分析，过程和工程管理等方面进行了深刻的改革，培训过程具有突出的设计，综合性，实践性，研究性和创新性，充分体现了特色和要求t现代工程培训。
