In foreign countries, Human resource audit has developed from data checking and calculating to behavioral norms, their researches and applications on it are developing in a much higher speed compare to our country. In this essay, based on the difficulty analysis of human resource audit, elaborate qualitative audit model and quantitative audit model of human resource audit. At last, provide own idea about how to advance human resource audit.
