摘要

Strategic human resource management takes "human management" as the core, which combines human resource management and strategic management. It adapted to the rapidly change in global environment, but also to the "people-centered" management trend of the 21st century. Strategic human resource management is also a direct response to the long-standing negligence of human resource management in Chinese enterprises, and the function of human in the enterprises' development, the management progresses and so on. Therefore, how to start from "human" and carry on the comprehensive transformation in the enterprises internal management system will be the key for Chinese enterprises in the transition period to create brilliance.
机译:战略人力资源管理以“人力资源管理”为核心,将人力资源管理与战略管理相结合。它适应了全球环境的快速变化,也适应了21世纪“以人为本”的管理趋势。战略性人力资源管理也是对中国企业长期以来对人力资源管理的过失以及人力在企业发展,管理进步等方面的作用的直接反应。因此,如何从“人性化”入手,在企业内部管理体制中进行全面变革,将是中国企业在转型期创造辉煌的关键。
