Real estate industry is one kind of representative capital-intensive industry. It is affected heavily by macro-economic policy. The changes of macro-economy environment such as the continual readjustment of commercial land use policy and the financial policy of China, and adding into WTO, affect the real estate all-direction. The development enterprises, financial organ, intermediary proxy organization, estate management enterprise, and architectural engineering contractor can feel the new opportunity, challenge, pressure and impact in the varying degree. How the real estate enterprises to improve achievement effects and to cultivate and enhance competitive ability have already been the discussion topic widespread in the field. According to the existence shortcoming such as being short of the non-financial targets in our country's enterprise achievement appraisal, the paper discusses how to choose rational achievements appraisal index system to structure the achievement appraises pattern of real estate enterprise.
