摘要

Asset securitization is the structured process through which assets with poor liquidity can generate stable future revenue stream that can be packaged, sold and transacted as a kind of bond known as asset-backed securities (ABS).ABS has been one of the most prominent financial innovations in the last three decades, which has been utilized by the companies as an important financing tool. Based on specific conditions of China, this paper investigates the novelty and development of asset securitization in China. Also, corresponding policy suggestions for ABS in China are proposed.
