摘要

The information age is coming, which gives the manufacturers more new opportunities and more new challenges. They must adjust their management models and their operation systems to the changes of their customers' demands and the sharper and sharper competition. MIS (Management Information Systems) provides an effective way for them to improve their competitive abilities. It presents a framework for improving the management models through, the design and implementation of effective, high-quality MIS. So it is very important to the modern management of corporations. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is one of the core parts of MIS, which solves the matter of management model mainly. ERP is a popular method for enabling the business processes required to compete in advent of globalization. The thesis cited SAP R/3 to introduce the general structure and function of ERP. Global Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation is becoming increasingly the successful choice of MIS.
