摘要

In summary, it is demonstrated that blue emitting Eu~(2+) doped calcium aluminate phosphor thin films were obtained pulsed laser deposition technique with post-annealing. From the results of PL measurements, the deposited film consists mainly of CaAl_2O_4 and partly of other binary compounds of the CaO-Al_2O_3 system. It is found that the PL intensity of deposited film can be controlled by the laser fluence and target-substrate distance.
