摘要

Buckwheat (it also called E in Yi language) has a long cultivation history in liangshan prefecture. Yi nationality eat buckwheat in many ways. They can use buckwheat to make many kinds of traditional food. The food has different taste and shapes. But these foods were not described by words, and now there is not a book that collected all the information of Tartary buckwheat food. This paper introduced some results of investigation and collections.
