摘要

To determine the content of rutin in leaves of Tartary buckwheat, RP-HPLC method was used. The samples were separated on Shim-pack HPLC column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (50:50). The flow-rate was 1.0 ml/min at 30℃. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 0.198 - 7.92μg (r = 0.9997 ). The average recovery of rutin was 99.5% (RSD = 0.72%, n = 6) in the leaves. The method was precise (RSD = 0.45%), quick, accurate and proves suitable for detecting the content of rutin in leaves of Tartary buckwheat. Leaves of Tartary buckwheat testing and evaluation were carried out based on various species and different breeding periods, and tested data can be used as scientific evidence on the comprehensive application of Tartary buckwheat resources.
