摘要

The development results description of computer technology of unsteady forces and moments calculation on ships' wing structures at rotating oscillatings relatively of arbitrary position axis is presented. The calculational scheme allows to determine instant and average aero-hydrodynamic characteristics (AHCh) of wings with arbitrary planform. The examples of AHCh determination by developed PC program are shown. The practical application of method provides the reliable computer forecast of unsteady loads and moments on rudders, stabilizers during their designing in accordance with demands of aero-hydrodynamic efficiency and strength margin.
