摘要

The problems of realization of "operator - computer " interface in the system of support of decision-making on safety of seafaring are being discussed. Development of software for analyzing and interpreting of information has received primary consideration. An extreme situation connected with deterioration of ship's sea keeping qualities under conditions of intensive icing is being analyzed. The developed algorithm enables to monitor dynamic changes in the behavior of the ship. Ice loading is being changed continuously depending on course angle, wind velocity and ship speed, surface architecture of the ship and different levels of external disturbances. The report is accompanied by demonstration of distinctive characteristics of the computer program functioning. The estimation of danger of the situation and the forecast of development are being conducted Some recommendations for decision making on ship's safety are being worked out with regard to icing and loss of speed on rough seas.
