摘要

Project selection involves evaluating individual projects or groups of projects, then selecting to carry out a set of projects so that the objectives of the public organization can be achieved. In this paper, the authors try to define a suitable set of indicators for measuring the project evaluation criteria that were proposed recently (Elkashif et al. 2004). This study complements that reported in the companion paper. The paper ends up with a score matrix for variable sizes of the different composites of potable water projects for six evaluation criteria that exclusively depend on the specific project nature. Consequently, the evaluation effort is minimized to only three criteria in addition to the score matrix.
