摘要

A desk-top type injection molding machine with micro mold is designed originally and developed for trial. Since downsized mechanisms have small heat capacitance, quick heating up and cooling down, in other words, active temperature control could be available. Applying this merit, the machine has downsized unique system in injection mechanism, which consists separated injection cylinder and small diameter piston with through hole. And also the micro mold has unique mechanism for active temperature control during a processing cycle time. These mechanisms have potential to realize the condition of low temperature plasticization and special cooling process of melded part.
