Ptoject manager is responsible for the project, he has to do planning, organization, coordination and implementation for finishing the project successfully. So the manager is the key to the project, then how to appraise the comprehensive quality of the manager is getting more important, but the traditional evaluation exists strong subjectivity including some classical evaluation method like as Delphi, AHP, and fuzzy evaluation and so on. In this paper, we use the rough set reduction algorithm to research the manager comprehensive evaluation based on the case sets. And proposes an example to prove the objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
