摘要

Cordycepin has a variety of biological activity. It can inhibit synthesis of DNA and RNA in cancer cells, can enhance cell differentiation, restructure cell cytoskeleton, inhibite protein kinase activity and so on. It even has antitumor activity on bladder, kidney as well as lung, can inhibit infection and inhibit reverse transcripts activity of HIV type Ⅰ. Meanwhile, cordycepin can inhibit methylation of nucleic acid and specific proteins synthesis of the macrophage cell. So studies on cordycepin become hotter and hotter.

机译：虫草素具有多种生物活性。它可以抑制癌细胞中DNA和RNA的合成，可以增强细胞分化，重组细胞骨架，抑制蛋白激酶活性等。它甚至对膀胱，肾脏和肺部都有抗肿瘤活性，可以抑制感染并抑制Ⅰ型HIV的逆转录活性。同时，虫草素可以抑制巨噬细胞核酸的甲基化和特定蛋白质的合成。因此对虫草素的研究越来越热。
