摘要

As agricultural products in China have changed from being short of supply to being relative surplus, the development of agriculture is restricted by the demand. Increase in production is no longer the outlet of agriculture, while adjusting the planting structure, developing the processing of agricultural products, and accelerating the industrialization management turn to be the project of the agricultural modernization. What should the peasants produce? If the answer offered is merely concerned with the way of producing special breeds and high | quality breeds, it is not only difficult to answer the question, but also disadvantageous to conduct the agriculture to change for industrialized management quickly. The normalization and standardization of agricultural products is actually the basis of the industrialized management in agriculture. The circulation system of the normalization and standardization of agricultural products also requires the systematization of agricultural management, extension in production scale, and modernization of technology.
