摘要

In present study, alpha-lipoic acid loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) were prepared and evaluated in terms of physicochemical characteristics. Particle sizes of both SLNs and nanoemulsion were in suitable nanometer range with narrow size distribution and stable over investigated time. Release profile indicates that SLN can sustain release of active compound as compared to nanoemulsion.
